Better known as the "Tree of Life" the ancient celts viewed the world in the form of a great tree with the roots deep in the earth and the branches stretched to the heavens. Trees were a symbol of balance and harmony. The Oak Tree is associated with all positive purposes, strength, fidelity and endurance. It represented May in the Celtic calendar and was a doorway to the mysteries of the Druids.

The pendant is1/2" diameter, cast in sterling silver. It is hung on an 16" sterling silver chain. Hand crafted by master jeweler Anita Gallagher (Zephyrus).
