MountainMade’s Stress Free Shipping and Handling

Are you worried about shipping those beautiful Blenko pieces or other wonderful handmade items from Mountainmade? I’m Rich Whetzel and I’m here to tell you a thing or two about how MountainMade’s shipping department safely ships your fine art.

Rich Whetzel knows how to take care of your artwork while its en route to your home. First, he lovingly wraps it in bubble wrap, then he floats it in a bath of shipping peanuts. And with daily UPS shipments, your piece will be on your doorstep before you know it.

Rich Whetzel knows how to take care of your artwork while it's en route to your home. First, he lovingly wraps it in bubble wrap, then he floats it in a bath of shipping peanuts. And with daily UPS shipments, your piece will be on your doorstep before you know it.

I take extra care packaging your delicate handmade items to ensure that they get where they are going all in one beautiful piece. If you ordered one or more pieces of hand blown glass or ceramic pottery, know that I’ll take special care. Breakable items like those get a layer of bubble wrap followed by a thick layer of biopeanuts (they keep your new art safe and they are environmentally friendly for all you tree huggers out there).

Okay, so you know your new art will arrive in one piece, but it’s coming all the way from Thomas, WV, so when is it going to get to your house? MountainMade has daily pick-ups from UPS Monday through Friday. We guarantee same day shipping for orders made by 3:00 PM.

Whether you are making online orders, or you are in Thomas and want to have a piece shipped home because you know your kids will break it during the drive (darn kids), I am your guy. I have a clean track record of a-okay delivery and I plan to keep it that way.

Still have questions about the wedding gift you just ordered? Just give me a shout on our toll free number at 1-877-686-6233 and ask for Rich!
