Michael Offutt (Mountain Spirit Woodworking) is a utilitarian artist who harvests most of his hardwood from trees lost in recent storms or old age on his 200 acre farm in southern WV. He cuts rough blocks with a chainsaws, so he can turn on a large lathe to create these beautiful and functional pieces. Eat well.
